Ladd Piano Studio offers private piano instruction with an emphasis on repertoire, technique, theory, ear training, sight reading, basic improvisation, and performance, as well as progression in general musicianship and ability. My goal is to share the joy of music and the piano with my students so that they will appreciate it throughout their lives.
Lessons
Private lessons are available in 30, 45, and 60-minute slots. 20-minute slots are available for Little Mozarts students only. For tuition information, please contact me at laddpianostudio@gmail.com.
Lessons are available in studio and online, via Zoom.
Austin District Music Teacher’s Association (ADMTA)
Students with at least one year of lessons have the opportunity to participate in festivals (performances) and the state theory exam each year. There are nominal fees for these events. These events are usually held on Saturdays at the Music Building on the UT campus.
